Ketcham & Co.

Geoffrey and Jama Ketcham, the husband and wife team behind Ketcham & Co., have been re-envisioning area homes through renovations and new builds since 2016. Jama serves as the lead interior designer while Geoffrey oversees construction, and together they collaborate on home design tailored to reflect each client’s personality and needs. Simple, but effective—as the company tagline puts it, “Dream Design Build.”

With more than a decade of renovation experience under their belts and dozens of projects to their name, Jama and Geoffrey Ketcham got their start after successfully flipping a Homewood property in 2006. “We started working on the home and found that we had a rhythm working together, and it was something that came naturally,” Jama says. From there they took on another flip—a major renovation to convert a two-bedroom, one-bath house into a space large enough for a family—and again saw financial results to show for their hard work. Eventually, each of them took professional leaps into home design and construction: Jama established a design company, while Geoffrey oversaw projects for a residential builder. By 2016, it made sense to join their worlds together professionally, and Ketcham & Co. was born.

“We especially love renovating older homes and using materials in both old and new homes that will last for years to come.”

Whether you desire a kitchen redo, a whole house update, or another home-related project to refresh your space, Jama and Geoffrey Ketcham are careful to preserve a home’s history and character within their process so that those elements still shine through new additions or other spacial changes—a marriage of the best of yesterday and today, just like the design and build partnership at Ketcham & Co. “We especially love renovating older homes and using materials in both old and new homes that will last for years to come,” Jama says. “We focus on quality and the special details of yesteryear that add to the charm and appeal of each home.” Get in touch and learn more at ketchamandco.com.
